About the Position

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the Program Director position located in Jackson, WY.

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Jackson program including: budgeting, program management, public relations, fundraising, staff development and supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational leadership and unifying diverse groups of constituents around an organization’s mission. The Jackson Program Director is expected to set goals for the advancement of the CES Jackson Program and will have demonstrated experience in working towards goal achievement.

CES is a client-centered organization and the Program Director will work to improve the satisfaction of persons-served and stakeholders through strengthening staffing and program development. In addition, the Program Director advances community awareness, education and equality for persons with disabilities, this may include advocacy with elected officials or collaboration with other organizations in human services and those with adjacent missions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services, social sciences, education, rehabilitation, business or related field. Experience in rehabilitation program management preferred.

Benefits: Health Insurance (Med/Vision/Dental/RX), PTO, 401(K)

This is a full time, salaried position $70-75,000 DOE

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and some on call time
